A reliable and safe fleet starts with one thing: a disciplined, quality-driven PM process. Our PM training is led by a Master Diesel Technician with 40 years of waste industry experience. We work hands-on with up to 2 technicians per day through the full PM process — with their trucks, not in a classroom watching a PowerPoint. Training includes: • PM programming review and optimization • Defect severity training: immediate out-of-service defects, breakdown-risk items, and monitor-and-trend items • DPF system training for both technicians and drivers • Supervisor and manager training: scheduling, tech productivity, and quality control • Driver pre- and post-trip inspection training for DOT compliance • Specialized training for specific truck systems Our curriculum uses only two resources: your approved PM program and the North American Standard Out-of-Service Criteria Book.
